Pedal Wild Fitness Classes


TRX suspension training is one of the most efficient ways to exercise. All exercise offered will be low impact.We Will show you all the exercises in great detail. This private TRX session is 60 minutes. If you have always wanted to take a TRX class but wasn't just exactly sure what to expect this would be a great way to get started.
In this class, we stay extremely busy for 45 minutes -15 minutes turning the bikes -15 minutes of standing jumps combined with turns - 15 minutes of sprints.
This class was designed to give you lots of exercise in a short amount of time.  Class is a solid 45 minutes of intensity.  This class will  be followed by 5 minutes of stretching.  Stretching exceeds the 45 minute class.
This class will work for all levels - all levels are welcome!!
This is a 45 minute class using TRX suspension training straps which allows us to get a true total body workout in 45 minutes. Anyone and everyone is welcome. 
The first 45 minutes will be on the realryder bike.  Expect to do lots of turns, jumps and sprints.  The last 15 minutes, we will get off the bike and move to the other side of the studio where we will continue rigorous exercises on our core muscles for a total of 15 minutes.
Pedal Wild acknowledges that combination classes can perhaps take too much time out of your day.  You may leave any time during the class.  Many people will stay for only the first half of the class.  This class will work well for all levels - all levels are welcome!
This entry level class offers one-on-one realryder bike set up. This class will teach the student how to properly lean the bike from side to side, as well as turns that are used in many other cycling classes. This class was designed to teach the student every benefit the realryder bikes have to offer - strength training with cardio and learning the benefits of standing up and sitting down on a bike that will move you in more ways than one!  This class will challenge all levels.  In this class, the only rule we have is to keep your feet moving at all times!
This class will work for all levels - all levels are welcome!!
Total body conditioning - High Intensity Interval Training - Tabata style - cardio plus strength through 20 seconds of intense training, followed by 10 seconds of rest for eight rounds.10 minutes warm-up.15 minutes on arms.15 minutes legs.15 minutes core. 5 minutes of stretching.

You will need to bring a yoga mat,towel, and indoor workout shoes.  All levels welcome!
If you are unable to get to Pedal Wild for the most popular class times one on one training is perfect for you. Seven days a week we have 60 minute blocks you can reserve your spot on the website and then just show up. Please show up 5 to 10 minutes early. One-on-one training. $25 

This is a pedal wild signature class. Low impact high-intensity workout. We will ride the Realryder bike the entire class. Throughout the class we all will be using light hand weights, some less 3 pounds. Throughout the class you will be working total body. This class will give you excellent results. All fitness levels welcome. You can go at your own pace.
The first 10 minutes of this class, we will use the realryder bike getting warmed up and helping everyone get comfortable on the bike. Once everyone is warmed up the instructor will distribute light handweights out to all of the people in class. You will follow the instructor with the best of our ability doing a variety of exercises on the bike.

This class will start by getting warmed up for 10 minutes on the realryder bike. Next we will do 15 minutes of legs using the TRX straps. 15 minutes of arms using the TRX straps. 15 minutes of core using the TRX straps. All exercises will be eight sets of 20 seconds of exercise and 10 seconds of rest with a 1 to 2 minute break in between. All levels welcome.





We encourage our clients to make a reservation in advance for a cycle class to secure one of our 13 RealRyder® bikes or to reserve your spot in any of our other classes such as Zumba and Yoga Sculpt.  Reservations may be made online or by calling our studio.  We will do our best to accommodate walk-ins.  Each client must sign in at the front desk when they come into the studio.


We request that new clients arrive at least ten minutes before class in order to fill out an information form and waiver, and so the instructor may show you around the studio, learn about any injuries or limitations and answer any questions.  We encourage all other clients to show up at least five minutes before class.  If you are more than five minutes late, we will release your bike to another client who is waiting for a bike.


You may cancel a class reservation for classes up to two hours before class without penalty.  This allows for others on the waiting list to have enough time to attend a class or for others to reserve an open bike.  Clients with class series packages (5, 10, 20, etc class packages) will be charged for any late cancellations or a no-show by a class being deducted from your account.  ONE YEAR SUPER DEAL and GET FIT STAY FIT members will be charged $10 for any late cancellations or no-show.


A one-time fee on the 12-month agreement of $99.00 will be withdrawn from the customer's account on the date of cancellation or termination of this contract before the contract period of 12 months is ended.


Class series packages purchased by the client must be used by that individual and may not be transferred or shared with another person. 

Single Class; Five Class Packages; Ten Class Packages; Twenty Class Packages, must be used in 6 months from purchase date or remaining classes will expire.
