Pedal Wild Fitness Classes

  

60 minute endurance ride. 
This class is really special. TRX gives us the opportunity to exercise our legs core and arms in a 60 minute class. Three main components to exercise is balance strength and cardio. In the minute TRX you will see results quickly. The last five minutes will be saved for stretching.
A proven formula for health! If you can only do one thing in a week, this is it! Interval training is shown to increase metabolism, improve cardiovascular function, oxidize fat, recovere from certain medical interventions, improve athletic performance and reduce depressive symptoms. Enjoy a express class of 45-minutes of high-intensity mixed with easy recovery intervals… a little “pain,” for a lot of gain!

A Pedal Wild signature class combining the best of our cycling with the best of our body sculpt. Get your cardiovascular training and strength training in one shot! 60-minutes suitable for beginners to advanced members.
Youth/ High School team training specified programs. Sessions/ Camps offered for teams with focus on strength, cardio and balance. Contact Pedal Wild to set up a team specific program for your team. 

 

 

Policy

 

We encourage our clients to make a reservation in advance for a cycle class to secure one of our 25 RealRyder® bikes or to reserve your spot in any of our other classes such as TRX or Yoga.  Reservations may be made online or by calling our studio.  We will do our best to accommodate walk-ins.  Each client must sign in at the front desk when they come into the studio.

 

We request that new clients arrive at least ten minutes before class in order to fill out an information form and waiver, and so the instructor may show you around the studio, learn about any injuries or limitations and answer any questions.  We encourage all other clients to show up at least five minutes before class.  If you are more than five minutes late, we will release your bike to another client who is waiting for a bike.

 

 

A one-time fee on the 12-month agreement of $99.00 will be withdrawn from the customer's account on the date of cancellation or termination of this contract before the contract period of 12 months is ended.

 

Class series packages purchased by the client must be used by that individual and may not be transferred or shared with another person.
