Juliet Alden instructs the following:
  • Hatha Yoga
  • Hatha yoga attempts to balance mind and body using physical postures , controlled breathing , and calming of the mind. Poses teach poise, balance and strength and are practiced to improve the body's physical health and clear the mind, preparing you for relaxation. Ah-ha Hatha Yoga uses a combination of Intuitive, Vinyasa Flow and Long Holds, for each pose preformed there is an equal and opposite counter-pose to balance the body. Simple massage during relaxation. Evening classes (Moon) are highly relaxing to get you ready for a great nights' sleep! Classes are approximately 60 minutes long and vary in intensity.

  • Cycle Endurance
  • 60 minute endurance ride. 

  • Restorative Yoga
  • Active recovery is fundamental to any balanced fitness program. Treat your body to our 75-minute restorative practice that will improve performance (by allowing much-needed recovery) and regain lost mobility and flexibility. Restorative yoga clears the mind, calms the body, induces deeper sleep and reduces stress. Poses will include supported inversions, deep forward bends, twists, longer holds with an emphasis on deepening exhalations. We'll conclude with a replenishing savasana/meditation practice. Suitable for beginners or advanced yogis.

  • A Pedal Wild signature class combining the best of our cycling with the best of our body sculpt. Get your cardiovascular training and strength training in one shot! 60-minutes suitable for beginners to advanced members.
